Terms of Service
Template — review with your own counsel before launch.
Scope of the service
Atlas Acquire provides consultation landing pages, enquiry capture, attribution reporting and internal appointment scheduling. It is not a medical device, an electronic health record, a clinical intake tool, or a source of medical advice, and nothing in the product should be presented to patients as such.
Acceptable use
Clinics must not use the Platform to collect diagnoses, medications, medical history, treatment eligibility assessments, condition photographs, insurance information or other clinical or protected health information. Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, offers and pricing shown on their pages.
Clinic responsibilities
Each clinic is responsible for honouring the consultation times it publishes, for responding to enquiries, for complying with applicable advertising, consent and messaging regulations in its jurisdiction, and for the conduct of the team members it grants access to its workspace.
Communications
Where message sending is not connected to a live provider, the Platform records the message as simulated and does not deliver it. Clinics are responsible for connecting their own messaging provider and for maintaining valid consent before any marketing message is sent.
Availability and data
The Platform is provided on an as-is basis during the current release. Clinics own their enquiry and appointment records and may export or delete them. Scheduled maintenance and incident handling are described in the service agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops; material changes will be communicated to clinic administrators before they take effect.
