By providing your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on a booking or enquiry form powered by Atlas Acquire, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up marketing text messages from the business you enquired with, sent through Atlas Acquire. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of booking an appointment: the box is optional and the form can be submitted without ticking it. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked. Your consent wording and a timestamp are stored with each submission.

Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out and stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opt-outs are honoured automatically and immediately.

No mobile information, mobile phone number, or SMS consent is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the business you enquired with and with the messaging service providers (such as Twilio) strictly required to deliver the messages you asked to receive. We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
