When you opt in to SMS messaging by providing your mobile number on a booking or enquiry form, we collect: your mobile phone number, first name, email address, the service interest and timing you selected, your SMS consent status and the timestamp of that consent, and the specific consent wording displayed to you at the time of opt-in.

We use your mobile number to send you: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up marketing text messages that you consented to receive. We also use your data to produce aggregate, non-identifying performance reports for the business you enquired with, and to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.

No mobile information, mobile phone number, or SMS consent is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own purposes. We do not use your mobile information to create targeted advertising profiles.

Your phone number is shared only with:

• The business you enquired with (the "Operator"), which is the controller of your data.
• The messaging service provider (Twilio) strictly required to deliver the text messages you consented to receive.
• Mobile carriers required to route and deliver the messages.

Each of these recipients is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the messaging service.

Your mobile number and consent record are retained for as long as the business you enquired with maintains an active relationship with you, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. If you opt out by replying STOP, your number is added to a suppression list and no further messages are sent, though the suppression record is retained to prevent unintended re-enrolment.

You have the right to:

• Opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Request help by replying HELP to any message.
• Request deletion of your mobile data by contacting the business you enquired with or by emailing hello@atlasacquire.io.
• Re-subscribe at any time by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP.

We protect your mobile information using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Access to mobile numbers is restricted to authorised personnel and subprocessors who need it to operate the messaging service.

This SMS program is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected a number from a minor, please contact us at hello@atlasacquire.io and we will remove it immediately.
